Where your order comes from, how long it takes, and what we do when it goes wrong.

The short version
Orders leave our supplier warehouse within 1–3 business days and arrive in 10–14 business days for US addresses. Every order is tracked. Shipping is a flat $4.95, free on orders over $50.
We ship to the United States only at the moment.
Why 10–14 days
We do not hold stock. Squill is a curated drop, and the things we pick ship direct from the warehouse that makes them, mostly in Asia. That is how a $34 lamp stays a $34 lamp instead of a $79 one.
The trade is time. Two weeks is a real number, not a hedged one — it is what the last few hundred orders actually took, door to door. If we could honestly say three days we would say three days.
Tracking
You get two emails: an order confirmation immediately, and a tracking number once the parcel is scanned by the carrier — usually 2–4 days after you order. Tracking can sit quiet for the first week while the parcel is in transit between countries. That is normal and not a sign anything is wrong.
You can also look an order up at /track with your order number and email.
Delays
Things that genuinely slow orders down: customs checks, carrier backlogs around Lunar New Year and late December, and addresses with a missing apartment number.
If your order passes 21 business days with no delivery scan, email us and we will either re-ship it or refund it. You do not have to argue for that.
Multiple items
Order two things and they may arrive in two parcels on two different days, because they may come from two different warehouses. You are only charged shipping once.
Address changes
Email support@squill.co within 12 hours of ordering and we can usually still catch it. After that the parcel has a label on it and we cannot.
