Squill
Terms
The rules of buying from us, in plain sentences.

Who we are
Squill operates the store at squill.co. Buying from us means you accept these terms. If you do not, do not buy — no hard feelings.
Orders
An order is an offer to buy. It becomes a contract when we send the confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order — with a full refund — if an item is out of stock, a price was listed wrongly, or an order looks fraudulent.
Prices
Prices are in US dollars and include no sales tax at the listed price; tax is calculated at checkout where we are required to collect it. Prices can change without notice, but never after you have paid.
Compare-at prices reference the typical retail price for the same item elsewhere. We do not invent them and we do not run permanent fake sales.
Payment
Payment is processed by Stripe. You are charged in full when the order is placed.
Shipping and risk
See Shipping. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery, not on dispatch — if the carrier loses it, that is ours to sort out.
Returns
See Returns. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.
Product information
We describe things as accurately as we can, including the parts we would rather not mention — that is what "The honest bit" on each product page is for. Colours vary between screens. Dimensions are supplier-provided and can be out by a few millimetres.
We do not publish reviews we did not receive, countdown timers that reset, or stock counts we cannot verify. If you ever catch us doing any of that, email us and we will fix it.
Acceptable use
Do not scrape the store, resell our product copy, or attempt to interfere with the site. Reselling items you bought from us is fine — it is your property.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here excludes liability for death, personal injury or fraud caused by us.
Intellectual property
Site copy, photography we produced, and the Squill name and mark are ours. Supplier product photography belongs to the supplier.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
